COVID-19 Protocol.

Our office has drawn up the following protocol based on the guidelines and recommendations issued by the RIVM to contain infection and the spread of the corona virus. 

Consultations are to be conducted in digital form whenever possible.

  • The offices of SILK Advocaten & Mediators will be open on workdays from 09.00 hours to 18.00 hours. 
  • Although our offices are open, we will not, in principle, receive visitors in person. Where possible, consultations must be conducted by telephone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype.

Face-to-face consultations may be permissible subject to certain conditions.

  • If you need a personal consultation related to the treatment of your case, the meeting will be scheduled after due consultation with the applicable lawyer. 
  • The number of visitors per consultation must be limited to the essential persons. Physical contact must be avoided during your visit to our office and we kindly request you to keep a suitable distance from one another and from our staff (at least 1.5 metres). 
  • Please disinfect your hands upon your arrival at our offices and wait in the designated waiting room. Please avoid all other spaces, including the toilet, if at all possible.

Screening prior to visitation
Before the consultation, you will receive an email from us with instructions that must be observed during your visit. You are also emphatically requested to report when you last suffered complaints that resemble the symptoms of COVID-19 infection (fever, coughing and or running nose). If you have any of these complaints, you will not be able to visit us in person and the scheduled meeting will be conducted by digital means.
