Our fees vary between € 175 and € 300 per hour, depending on the number of years of experience of our lawyers and the nature of your case.
Our fees are exclusive of VAT and non-taxable disbursements. Disbursements are expenses incurred by our lawyers on behalf of their clients, and include court fees payable to the court or court of justice, bailiff’s fees and travel expenses.
Hourly fees always transparent
We will always make your lawyer’s fees completely clear to you before taking up your case. You will receive a monthly invoice with specification of the actual worked hours and applicable disbursements.
No financed legal aid
In principle, we don’t accept cases based on financed legal aid (so-called “toevoeging”).
Introductory meeting
It is very important to have a good connection with your lawyer when dealing with personal affairs. We therefore offer the possibility of an introductory consultation. We charge a fee of € 175, excluding VAT, per hour for the studying of relevant documentation provided by you and a one-hour meeting. In this meeting you can present your situation and you will get immediate oral advice.
