Margreet Ruijgrok

Margreet Ruijgrok has more than thirty years’ experience as a lawyer and extensive experience as a mediator. Margreet had her own law practice for many years and was also a partner at Van Hilten Advocaten & Mediators.

Family law and inheritance law specialist. Margreet is specialised in inheritance law and family law and has been a member of the Dutch lawyer’s association, Vereniging van Familie- en Erfrecht Advocaten en Scheidingsmediators (vFAS), since 1996. In 2018, she completed the Collaborative Practice programme and became a member of the association, Vereniging van Collaborative Professionals (VVCP). In addition to having completed the specialisation programme in inheritance law at the Academie voor de Rechtspraktijk, she is also a member of Vereniging Erfrecht Advocaten Nederland (VEAN).

Margreet has been a member of the Assembly of Delegates (College van Afgevaardigden) of the Netherlands Bar (Orde van Advocaten) in Amsterdam between 2011 and 2022.

Domiciled in Amsterdam. Margreet lives in Amsterdam Zuid, is married and has two adult children.
